After their arrival at Ellis Island in 1920 they lived in Sheridan, Wyoming. In 1923 the railroad union lost a strike and the brothers Joseph & Andrew lost their jobs. So the boys, along with their mother Johanna, and sister Theresa, moved to Perth Amboy, NJ. This photo, taken around 1928, was to have been sent to their brother Joseph (my father) but was apparently never mailed. It probably was in response to photos that Joseph had sent them showing that he was doing quite well in Wyoming!

The 2003 reunion started with an informal gathering on Fri. nite at the Hilton Hotel in Woodbridge, NJ. Sat. some went into NY for a boat tour around Manhattan. Many met at the Holy Trinity Catholic church for 5 pm Mass, then dinner at the Clarion Hotel in Perth Amboy. Sunday we all met for a get away brunch.
It was a great reunion.
